Five minutes, once. Your widgets will then read and write straight into your own copy of The Daily Nook — new entries, today’s little things, your streak and your moods.
Name it Daily Nook, pick your workspace, type Internal, then Save.
Copy the Internal Integration Secret (it starts with ntn_).
Back on your The Daily Nook page in Notion: ••• (top right) → Connections → add Daily Nook. This lets it see the page and its databases — nothing else.
2 Paste your key
Your key stays in your browser and inside your own widget links. It is only sent to Notion (through the Daily Nook relay, which stores nothing).

3 Check your databases
Pick your Habits database above.
4 Add the widgets to Notion
Copy a link, then in your Daily Nook page type /embed, paste it and resize the block. Start with Home — it’s the whole dashboard from the preview.
Tip: set the page font to Serif (••• → Serif) so your page title matches the widgets. Keep these links private — they contain your connection key.
